  • Position Overview:

    We’re on the hunt for Glazier Apprentices, spanning all skill levels. Candidates with a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are ideal for this role. We promise ample learning opportunities within a thriving team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Install various sizes of glass both at our workshop and on-site under guidance.

    Set up workspaces and gather equipment/materials as directed by the Shop Manager or supervising Glazier.

    Prep and pack trucks with job requirements the prior evening.

    Aid the lead glazier with measurements and other installation-related tasks.

    Uphold cleanliness and safety in the workshop.

    Tend to the repair and maintenance of windows and skylights.

    Ensure both quality and quantity metrics are met consistently.

    Drive to job locations, transporting tools and finished pieces.

    Possess and maintain own set of necessary hand tools (e.g., tape measure, power drill, hammer, screwdriver, glasscutter, putty knives, etc).

  • Qualifications:

    High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

    Proficient command of English, both written and spoken.

    Familiarity with power and hand tools.

    Basic math skills and adeptness with a tape measure.

    Ability to execute tasks with precision and care.

    Must have a valid Driver’s license and a clean driving history.

  • Benefits we offer:

    Competitive Salary between $45,000 - $60,000 per annum depending on experience

    Paid time off after 1 year

    Paid holidays

    Paid sick time

    Full healthcare coverage for individual employees after 60 days, with the entire premium paid by the company. Dependents are not included in this coverage.

    Simple IRA with match up to 3%

    Regular working hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (no mandatory weekend work or overtime)

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Receiving and organizing new shipments from suppliers and vendors

    Managing and labeling inventory

    Handling transactions and addressing inquiries

    Maintaining the pristine condition of our shop floor

    Collaborating with team members for a seamless workflow

    Preparing shipments and loading trucks

    Ensuring quality and safety standards

    Occasionally driving to locations with supplies for glaziers

  • Qualifications:

    High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

    Experience with or willingness to learn about hand tools

    Basic math and measuring skills, including adeptness with a tape measure

    A valid driver’s license and clean driving history
